Powerful boilers Unica Max 200-300 kW

Moderator Unica Max boiler with very high power from 200 to 300 kW is an water low-temperature boiler with a double combustion chamber construction made out of steel. This large boiler has been designed for combustion of solid fuels and comes in standard with air blower and an electronic controller, which can operate the central heating pump and the domestic hot water pump. It is a powerful enlargement of Unica Max versions with outputs of 80-160 kW. The heat exchanger has been modified in comparison to other Unica models. New design abandoned one vertical exhaust gas channel of the heat exchanger but it is clearly thicker. The number of cross exchanger tubes rapidly increased. Boiler steering operates on a ecoMAX 200W controller of PLUM design, controlling up to two pumps (heating and DHW) and has a domestic hot water sensor. The controller also supports air circulation in form of a blowing fan side mounted. Unica Max models with output power from 200-300 kW burn coal, wood, briquette and mixes of coal and coal dust. The boiler is designed as a heat source for large heating surfaces such as large farms, stables, warehouses and industrial plants, large shops and buildings of public service.

The heating device can work with an automatic feeder for biomass burning (APSB) "SMOK". When the boiler is equipped with an opening for the burner on left, right or front an APSB set can be mounted in the future, which allows further expansion with a feeder and ceramic or iron head burner.
