The CT6-P sensor is an external (weather) temperature sensor, designed for use with boiler controllers. It is used to help control the combustion process by selecting the appropriate heating curve. The sensor consists of a measuring element enclosed in a sealed housing with a gasket. The level of tightness of the housing is IP65, which provides high protection of the measuring element against moisture, water and sunlight. Inside the sensor's housing there is a terminal for connecting a cable, which connects the external sensor to the controller. The sensor is suitable for external mounting. The best place for installation is the coldest wall in a covered area. Necessary to install if you want to turn the boiler on automatically in SUMMER/ WINTER mode and if you want to automatically regulate the temperature on the building through the heating curve and mixer with actuator.
