Wood gasification boiler ATMOS DC 100 with blower fan

The construction of the wood gasification boiler consists of two superimposed chambers. Upper chamber serves as a wood fuel storage and the bottom serves as combustion and ash chamber. Ashes removal and cleaning are very easy while delivering the perfect Wood gasification combustion from single wood pieces of complete wood logs.

ATMOS DC wood gasification boiler body is a welded construction made out of 3-8 mm steel sheets.

ATMOS DC has many advantages, namely the ability to burn large pieces of wood (logs), while the ash removal is very easy. The ash can be claimed as a garden fertilizer after being diluted. Operation of a wood gasifier is very simple and the cleaning is not complicated because of a pipeless heat exchanger. Large combustion chamber allows wood log pieces of a length up to 73 cm to be loaded. Lower ash chamber is roomy enough to make space for ash a whole week. Cleaning of the wood gasification boiler should a be performed once a week to maintain the highest efficiency of the boiler (max. 90% depending on wood moisture). The size is pretty small and light weight for a boilers with such nominal power (~100 kW) makes it relatively easy to transport.

The ATMOS DC wood gasification boiler owns a cooling loop that protects from overheating, so there is no risk to damage the boiler or the installation. Automatic wood gasification boiler shutdown is performed after wood combustion process thanks to a flue thermostat. To achieve higher thermal power primary - and secondary air is used to increase the temperature. Boiler heat exchanger is flat and without tubes which helps in the cleaning and maintenance of the boiler.

The customer gets 3 years of warranty for wood gasification boiler with a Laddomat or mixing valve with hot water accumulation (buffer tank). Without the buffer tank or Laddomat a 2 year warranty in standard is provided by the boiler manufacturer.

ATMOS DC wood gasification boiler is suitable to burn dry seasoned wood which has a relative low 12-20% moisture.

The ATMOS wood gasifier boiler must be connected to a Laddomat 21 charging station with pump or through the mixing valve, so the return water temperature of 65 °C can be achieved. This protects the boiler against low-temperature corrosion and extends the service life.
