Boiler OGNIWO EKO 35 kW is used to heat water in a central heating (for heating and domestic hot water consumption). Through the use of an efficient heat exchanger it can be installed in single-family detached buildings, commercial pavilions and restaurants, workshops and public buildings. OGNIWO EKO is a typical low temperature hot water boiler for heating water in which the water temperature must not exceed 90ยบ C. The design of the heating device is suitable for water heating systems running with gravity or forced (by means of a pump circuit).
OGNIWO EKO heating boiler is designed to burn solid fuels such as eco pea coal with grain size 5-30 mm, fine coal or wood pellets with a diameter of 6-10 mm and up to 25 mm length. Granulation and solid fuel quality is a critical factor as in each boiler with an automatic feeder.
Boiler water jacket form OGNIWO EKO is made out of a permanent and certified boiler steel of high quality, the selection and quality of welded joints ensures the necessary strength of the water jacket. The inner shell of the heat exchanger, which is in contact with the exhaust gasses has a plate thickness of 6 mm, while the outer shell is made of steel with a thickness of 4 mm. Individual elements of the heating boiler water jacket are interconnected by welding joints technology known as MIG (Metal Inert Gas - metal inert gas). Convection ducts and vents are located to allow easy and efficient cleaning through the Manhole at the top of the boiler. The flap has a rope gasket placed in a special channel-shaped frame welded into the water jacket and sealed with mounting screws and is additional fire shielded to protect against excessive temperature and heat losses. Upper Inspection doors also have a sealing and fire shield, door caulking is achieved with eccentric clamp ( which enables assembly and targeting of the element iron deflector above the boiler hearth, facilitate the installation of the retort burner, and if necessary allow the installation of an emergency grate). They also serve as an entrance to the top of the retort if you need to clean it. The middle door arranged in the front of the boiler are close to the cleanout door, which opening gives direct access to the retort burner (firing up, cleaning and inspection of the boiler furnace). Positioned below the ash box door (bottom door) which give access to the ash pan and bottom of the retort burner housing. The sealing and closing door method of the ash box door is the same as in the case of the inspection door. The boiler has left and right sided windows that allow access to the combustion chamber of which one window is used to mount the retort burner. This design makes it possible to mount the feeder unit with a retort in a right or left configuration (and even its conversion). The window on the opposite side of the housing is closed by a cover which is useful during the assembly / disassembly of the burner and furnace access if necessary a cleaning the bottom of the casing. The whole boiler housing is surrounded by mineral wool, which effectively isolates the furnace, protects against burn-induced injuries and prevents temperature losses.

The control unit consists of a cast iron housing and auger with a second-generation burner, blower fan, solid fuel hopper, gear motor and microprocessor temperature controller (eCoal driver). eCoal driver has a wide range of users who share the advanced configuration and is characterized by frequent updating (the continuous improvement of the product). The whole control and automated management is based on 7 sensors who provide real time data for the steering regulator for optimal performance output and operating parameters.
