The ATTACK DPX COMBI PELLET combined boiler is a multifunctional boiler from the 6000 series designed for burning wood and pellets. This boiler offers the convenience of burning both wood and pellets, making it extremely user-friendly. To optimize the combustion process, it features a fully automatic Pellet Burner Automatic, ensuring comfortable and fully automated pellet combustion. It incorporates all the features of the DPX boiler with PROFI control. The built-in pellet burner allows you to enjoy pellet burning, providing the comfort and benefits of a pellet boiler.
When using pellets with the fully automatic Pellet Burner Automatic, your heating comfort is taken to a higher level. The burner can effortlessly handle most of the work, including automatic grate cleaning, ignition, and shutdown of combustion. Through a thermostat, you can easily control its operation from a warm room, eliminating the need to visit the boiler room.
The loading chamber of this boiler model holds a generous 125-190 liters, based on the ATTACK DPX model. The larger chamber extends the heating duration per fuel load and allows for more wood to be added.
The fuel type switch in the DPX Combi Pellet boiler is designed to simplify the process as much as possible and optimize the time required. Converting from a gasifying boiler to a pellet boiler is straightforward and doesn't require significant physical effort. The fully automatic pellet burner is mounted on a positionable pantograph, making it easy to insert through the top door of the boiler and use pellets as fuel. One significant advantage of this boiler is the combination of cost-effective and environmentally friendly thermal energy from wood gasification with the comfort provided by a fully automatic pellet burner.
The DPX Combi Pellet boiler has been developed with a focus on high quality and efficiency. By incorporating movable turbulators, the boiler is capable of achieving excellent heating parameters. Gasification is carried out using closely controlled technology, similar to that in the DPX boiler. Boiler control is straightforward and intuitive, utilizing only the PROFI control in this model. For increased boiler power, we recommend the purchase of an accumulation tank along with the ATTACK Oventrop mixing device.
If the need arises to control a larger number of devices, opting for a PROFI-controlled boiler is advisable. PROFI-type control employs a more precise PID regulator, enabling more efficient parameter regulation. This results in a more accurate and smooth adjustment of fan speed, thereby enhancing control over exhaust temperatures, ultimately affecting boiler efficiency. In addition to PID regulation, Fuzzy Logic technology contributes to improved combustion efficiency. It utilizes sensors to monitor combustion and dynamically adjust the process in real-time for optimization. The PROFI control system accommodates complex heating systems, allowing control of circulation pump for the accumulation tank, domestic hot water, or heating circuit pump. The presented system also manages the accumulation tank, preventing its discharge and shutting down the boiler in case of fuel shortage.
