Application Controller:

The controller is designed to control combustion in furnaces powered (fired) in solid fuel central heating.

The job description Regulator:

The source of information about the temperature in the heating system is the continuous measurement of the water temperature in the heating circuit using two thermometers. The regulator sensor NTC110 working correctly from +5 to 125 ° C, which fully covers the scope of the installation CO. Neither the controller nor the sensor does not require and do not have the possibility of manual calibration. Immediately after switching to the correct temperature. Temperature is read from the thermometer (8), which should be mounted behind the mixing valve, and is displayed on the digital display LED. After pressing the F button displays the temperature of the pump read from the second thermometer (No. 9) Thus, the user may at any time check the temperature in the heating system. The display is easy to read, clear and visible even in the dark boiler room. The device controls the pump, powered with single-phase power supply, located in the heating system. You can set the start temperature of the water pump and the hysteresis - the temperature difference at which the pump should stop working.

VALVE Operating parameters can be changed by pressing keys F and more, less. It is possible to set the temperature, which should be a mixing valve. For example, set the temperature 45 ° C and a temperature difference of 4 ° C. The controller makes sure that the temperature at the measuring point was not outside the range 41 to 45 ° C. If the temperature is higher than 45 ° C, the controller closes the valve - does pulses. You can set the time and closing time interval in closing (working time and break time). These parameters allow to choose the most suitable values that depend on the type of valves and dynamics of the whole heating system.

The controller operates as described above at a temperature ranging from 25 ° C ... 80 ° C. If it is not possible to achieve a temperature of 25 ° C - the controller opens the valve and so is ready for the temperature rise, while if the temperature rises above 80 ° C - the controller also closes the valve and is ready for its decline. Each user should select the best experimental parameters of the valve and the temperature of the start of the water pump. The set value is automatically stored and will not be lost even when power is removed.
