The mixing valve actuator with built-in fixed value SM4-FR regulator is used to maintain a constant set temperature in the entire heating or cooling system. The built-in actuator can regulate the operation of 3- or 4-way mixing valves.

Additional adapters allow the actuator to be mounted on mixing valves from WITA as well as on valves from other manufacturers. Under the cover of the regulator there is a DIL switch with which you can activate a constant limitation of the inlet temperature and the controller's operating mode (heating or cooling system). The actuator can rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise, depending on the position of the DIL switch. Two diodes located on the actuator casing provide information on the actuator status (open / close) and communicate with them information about errors and temperature limitation enabled. The factory sensor is used to measure the flow temperature of the heating or cooling installation, it is installed behind the mixing valve. JIf temperature measured on supply exceeds the set value desired on regulator, actuator is controlled by signal "close mixer", and if measured temperature is lower than set one, the actuator is controlled by signal "open mixer". The actuator is factory fitted with two meters of 3 x 0.75mm2 wire.
