Ecological biomass renewable fuel burning with Moderator Multi Vento

Boiler Multi Vento is a modern and ecological low-temperature water central heating device, designed to burn biomass renewable solid fuel. AZSB set (automated biomass burning set) including a SMOK cast iron burner is adapted for burning renewable fuels of wood and plant type (P45 type wood chips, pellets, sawdust, bark, peat, briquette of bulk density to 450kg/m3) in a completely automatic way with user absence, included cast-iron fire grate will allow traditional emergency combustion (manual - hand fired mode) in the case of power failure with fuel types like black coal (nut granulation) and seasoned wood, firewood, smaller wood logs. Heating equipment consists of a boiler (heating exchanger), solid fuel feeder system, burner with a cast iron head equipped with a movable grate for burning biomass fuel and fuel hopper. The unique design provides user maintenance-free, comfortable and efficient work. High efficiency (86%) and low smoke emissions provide an efficient and environmentally friendly solution for people who have a low-cost access to wood or wood waste (carpenters, woodshed stocks, wood furniture factories). Moderator Vento Multi is a modern technology which meets the heating and economy requirements with significant impact on ecological heating solutions.

Moderator boiler Multi Vento has a control cabinet and controller from PLUM (ecoMAX 800) with a convenient control panel and a display next to which a traditional thermomanometer is placed. The controller implements intelligent independent self-control technology known as FUZZY LOGIC. The control cabinet of the central heating boiler can be expanded by connecting: servomotor for a mixing valve, domestic hot water pump, central heating pump, mixer temperature sensor, outdoor temperature sensor, return water temperature sensor, room thermostat panel (PLUM ecoSTER 200).
