The SMART EKO PLUS 15–25 kW is a modern heating boiler designed for efficient heating of residential and commercial buildings. Thanks to advanced coal combustion technology in accordance with the PN-EN 303-5:2021-09 standard, the unit offers high efficiency while limiting pollutant emissions. It is equipped with an automatic ignition system for eco-pea coal. The boiler meets Class 5 standards and holds an EcoDesign certificate, confirming its compliance with the latest EU environmental regulations. The manufacturer also provides a 5-year warranty*, a testament to its reliability and robust construction.

Warranty up to 5 years*

The standard warranty period is 2 years, with an option to extend it to 5 years. Detailed terms are provided in the boiler’s technical documentation.

Automatic Fuel Feeder

The automatic eco-pea coal feeding system greatly simplifies boiler operation. Its advantages include:

• Automatic fuel feeding – eco-pea coal is transported from the hopper to the burner without user intervention.
• Stable and quiet operation – durable mechanisms ensure quiet and reliable performance.
• Time-saving – the large hopper allows extended operation without frequent refueling.

Safety Limit Switch

The boiler is equipped with limit switches mounted on the door and hopper lid. Opening these parts automatically halts the boiler’s operation – the burner and other components shut down until the doors are closed again.

Flue Gas Swirlers

Integrated swirlers in the boiler construction:

• Increase thermal efficiency by intensifying flue gas turbulence, improving heat transfer to the water.
• Reduce fuel consumption, enhancing the boiler's economy.

Horizontal/Shelf Convection Channels

The heat exchanger design allows easy front access for cleaning, resulting in high efficiency of heat recovery from exhaust gases.

Flexible Flue Outlet

The flue outlet is positioned on the top or rear of the boiler, simplifying chimney connection regardless of the boiler room layout.

Efficient Ceramic Combustion Chamber

Ekoenergia II Burner for Eco-Pea Coal

The SMART EKO PLUS 15–25 kW model features a cast iron Ekoenergia II burner with a patented automatic coal igniter. This reliable solution is produced exclusively by METAL-FACH Heating Technology, in compliance with the PN-EN 303-5:2021-09 standard.

The igniter offers:

• Instant ignition – reaches high temperatures quickly.
• Long lifespan – resistant to high temperatures and wear.
• Patented ignition technology (No. 002846790-0001).

PLATINUM Controller

The PLATINUM controller manages the entire heating system. It features an intuitive touch screen and allows:

• Control of two heating circuits (C.H.1 and C.H.2) with room thermostat support.
• Control of pumps (D.H.W., C.H.1, C.H.2, circulation, additional).
• Weekly schedule programming (RTC clock).
• Weather-based control – automatic adjustment to ambient conditions.
• FuzzyLogic and PID functions – smart regulation and diagnostics.

The device is compatible with the ecoNET300 internet module, enabling remote boiler control via computer or smartphone.
