PEREKO Q-PER central heating boiler for solid fuel, i.e. pea-coal, with power output from 12 kW to 24 kW, contained in small dimensions. It is a low-temperature water boiler designed to work in water heating systems of central heating. Can operate both in an open (gravitational) system and in a forced circulation system with appropriate protection. The structure consists of a steel roof P265GH designed for the production of devices operating in high temperature and pressure. The horizontal heat exchanger is easy to clean, the upper door (or higher middle power) is used to clean the heat exchanger and the lower door is used for ash removal. External panels fixed to the base and is used to cover the mechanical parts of the boiler, as well as improve the aesthetics. The panels are powder coated, which ensures resistance to temperature and protects against corrosion. Fuel is fed automatically by means of a steel screw. 1" water connections with an internal thread are used to connect the central heating system to the supply and return of the boiler. In the horizontal ducts of the heat exchanger there are flue gas centrifuges. They are designed to slow down the flue gas flow, which increases the efficiency of the boiler, as well as its power output. All boiler capacities comply with standard 5 Classes according to EN 303-5:2012. All boiler capacities are certified to meet the EKORPROJECT (ECODESIGN) conditions.
CONTROL Microprocessor boiler controller is mounted in the upper part, is used to manage the correct operation and maintain the preset temperature. In addition, it is equipped with a sensor to control the operation and emergency shutdown when the water temperature rises above 95 °C. The controller can access the device remotely by means of an application on a smartphone, after connecting an additional module. Factory settings and the controller algorithm have been optimized in such a way that it is possible to burn any type of eco-pea and its different quality.
