Eco pea coal boiler with feeder OGNIWO EKO Plus M

OGNIWO EKO Plus M is the highest class boiler with class 5 according to PN-EN 303-5:2012 norm for eco pea coal as main solid fuel. Beside eco pea coal it can also burn pellet. It's the natural successor of OGNIWO EKO Plus line and it is based on a similar design with some significant improvements. The boiler has a driver and a retort burner which allows him to achieve a high efficiency of ~90%, which will be a significant point for those who seek an ecological way to heat up with coal. The heat exchanger was improved with turbulators with a cleaning mechanism (placed vertically on top of the boiler, for manul move up and down and rotation without disassembling the cover). 

Modern eCoal boiler driver with cast iron retort BURNER

OGNIWO EKO Plus M boiler is equipped with a cast iron retort II generation burner BURNER SM and an eCoal driver. Burner segments are improved with holes and fireclay plates, which increases the burning of exhaust gases and raise combustion temperature at the same time reducing soot and flue gas emission. The new eCoal driver (automated digital boiler steering) is based on the assumption that it does not require from stoker (user) any knowledge on burning coal and effort for time-consuming settings for optimal performance what works perfectly, however, allowing more experienced users to change settings for even lower eco pea coal consumption. Combustion takes place in automatic or in semi-automatic burning mode. Automatic mode (eCoal) is designed for comfort and the semi-automatic (group mode) is a compromise between automatic and manual mode. No configuration requirements in the auto mode will be for many users the main reason to use this configuration, despite burning a few percent more fuel (manual configuration or group mode for more advanced fine granulated control will allow for even more savings). Beyond the control of the boiler, eCoal driver has the advantage of an interesting possibility of connecting the steering to the Internet and write (default on a SD card) work of the boiler on eSterownik.pl web platform for comparison purposes and a diagnostics with the ability to assign 2 levels of privileges (preview and full rights) through a Web interface. Owners of android devices will appreciate the ability to install an application on a tablet or smartphone and turn their devices into a wireless room thermostat controller for their boiler. The application allows you to perform a number of actions like the preview of central heating water and domestic hot water temperature and make changes to those settings (Cental heating and DHW setpoint), preview charts (histograms), viewing the status of alarms.

Multifuel boiler with security

The main fuel for EKO Plus M with feeding is eco pea coal with grains diameter below 35 mm. In addition to that, it is also possible burning of coal blends, culm and pellet. Solid fuel from the boiler hopper is provided with an automatic screw feeder made entirely of cast iron, where it goes into the burner, which has special air holes in the segment part of the feeder unit and it also uses an opposite faced screw feeder ending, which prevents (mildens) sintering of bad carbon fuel. Another feature of the screw feeder is mixing and piling up the fuel in terms of coal ductility. The gear motor has a security split pin (pin in the form of the M5 screw with the hardness of 8.8) protecting the engine from damage in case of blocking the screw feeder by foreign objects in fuel in the form of metal, too large pieces of fuel etc. OGNIWO EKO Plus M boiler also has a great number of sensors (up to 8), that will protect and enhance the work of the boiler.

Warranty

OGNIWO Manufacturer guarantees 5 years for water tightness of the central heating boiler and 2 years for the driver and the feeder of the boiler.
