To submit an electronic return for an order placed in the store, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your customer account: Sign in
2. Once logged in, go to the orders section in your customer panel: Order history and details, select the order you wish to return, and click the icon to expand the details button: Details . Clicking it will take you (via auto-scroll) to the bottom of the item list for that order.
3. Select the order items you wish to return by checking the corresponding in the order items table:

   Use the and buttons to adjust the quantity of items to be returned.
4. Below, you may optionally provide a reason for the return, then click the Make an RMA slip button. Wait for approval from a store employee and send the goods to the address provided in the page footer.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that if you have used the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning – as you might do in a physical store – we may reduce the refund amount accordingly to reflect the diminished value of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically received the purchased goods. We consider the registration of a return via our returns page to be an unambiguous statement of withdrawal (and this is the method we recommend). The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Buyer in the cases specified in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the goods as well as the cost of the cheapest available delivery method offered by our store. If you chose a more expensive delivery method, the difference in cost will not be refunded. The refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of your withdrawal notice.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of their return shipment. If you use our returns page, the automatically updated status of the return shipment will serve as proof of dispatch. The refund will be made using the same payment method as in the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different arrangement.

The Buyer is liable for any diminished value of the returned products resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We reserve the right to seek compensation from the Buyer on this basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Return of Goods

Returned items must be sent back or handed over to our store without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the 14-day period has expired.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the person making the return.
