SEMAX OPTI boiler is designed for people who have a large fuel supply - with humidity not exceeding 15-20%. Thanks to a properly designed design, innovative design of furnace allows for better use of fuel and, as a result, significantly reduces emission of harmful fumes into atmosphere.

Horizontal convection channels

SEMAX OPTI has been designed to quickly clean exchanger at front. New type of construction boiler exchanger ensures a high heat reception from the furnace and in ceramic fittings, which increase efficiency.

Outlets of flue pipe at back of boiler

Construction of boiler was designed so that flue outlet is located at back, and it is possible to lead flue directly to chimney.

Secondary air intake

In order to fully burn fuel, six holes have been placed in boiler structure, which are responsible for air suction. Amount of air can be adjusted by means of slides.

Smoke extraction hatch

It allows for effective smoke removal from firebox.

Thrust measuring device

Each boiler of SEMAX OPTI series is equipped with a thermostatic chimney draught regulator.

Exhaust fan

It is responsible for preventing escape of smoke from boiler and effectively supports natural flue gas flow in boiler.

TECH ST-880 controller with PID

Controller has been programmed to maximally automate operation of boiler. Configuration of TECH ST-880 controller with PID can only be limited to desired temperature.

Manual fuel loading

Firewood - a glade with a maximum moisture content of 15-20%. The wood should be properly seasoned, which will be an ecological fuel meeting all standards. By burning properly seasoned wood, we produce a small amount of harmful compounds into atmosphere. For boiler to work properly, it must be connected to a buffer that receives excess heat.
