The ATTACK DPX boiler is a wood-fired boiler from the 6000 series. It is adapted for burning wood, which makes it very convenient to use. The gasifying boiler is environmentally friendly, offering high-quality construction and excellent efficiency. The larger fuel chamber saves time needed for continuous fuel replenishment. Heating with the DPX boiler provides high comfort and long lifespan. This boiler is a versatile solution that ensures efficient biomass combustion, resulting in high boiler efficiency. There is an option to choose a boiler version with the flap opening on the right or left side. The DPX15 version does not have flue gas turbulators, which means the boiler needs to be cleaned manually.
With full utilization of the loading chamber, the fuel in the boiler will burn continuously for 8-12 hours, depending on the boiler's power. Pieces of wood with a length of 1.2 meters only need to be cut in half once because of the above-standard loading chamber length, allowing for the use of significantly larger pieces of wood.
The DPX boiler features an automatic flue damper for ignition and adding wood. The damper ensures direct exhaust gas extraction from the loading chamber to the chimney and facilitates easier boiler ignition. Opening the loading doors opens the damper, which automatically closes after they are shut, eliminating the need for manual operation.
The DPX gasifying boiler, like all ATTACK products, is manufactured using high-quality materials and appropriate technological solutions, such as 6 mm boiler steel, movable turbulators, and fireproof/heat-resistant fittings up to 1350 °C. All of this guarantees the high quality of the boiler's manufacture.
The DPX wood gasifying boiler is equipped with Profi regulation. Boiler control is very simple and intuitive, with each adjustment having different properties. Of course, the boiler includes automatic fuel extinguishing, automatic cleaning, control of heating pumps and charging the accumulation tank. To achieve higher boiler power, we recommend purchasing an accumulation tank together with the Laddomat mixing device.
If there is a need to control a larger number of devices, it is worth considering a boiler with Profi control. Profi-type control utilizes a more precise PID regulator, allowing for more efficient parameter regulation. This results in more precise and smooth regulation of fan speeds, and thus better control of flue gas temperature, which affects the final boiler efficiency. In addition to PID regulation, Fuzzy Logic technology contributes to improved combustion efficiency. It utilizes sensors to monitor combustion and adjust the process in real time for performance optimization. The PROFI regulation system allows for the operation of complex heating systems. It is possible to control the charging pump of the accumulation tank, domestic hot water, or the heating circulation pump. The presented PROFI system also operates the accumulation tank and prevents its discharge by shutting down the boiler when there is no fuel in it. The PROFI regulation is very simple and user-friendly. The display shows all necessary operating information (boiler temperature, flue gas temperature, accumulation tank temperature) and the current status of individual components (fan operation, domestic hot water/accumulation tank charging pump operation, circulation pump operation).
