Central heating boiler controller

Boiler controller ST-37N RS EU is a modern control device for boiler operation in a central heating system and is a successor of the ST-37N and ST-37i controller. This digital controller handles a central heating pump, domestic hot water pump, blower fan and an automatic solid fuel feeding unit.

Information of the current parameters and the operation mode are shown on a monochrome liquid crystal display (LCD) with an illuminator, with very simple button control. The status of the CH controller is also indicated by two-state indicator diodes. Controller also has the ability to sound the alarm at too high or too low boiler temperature.

Central heating system controller operation modes

Control of the boiler and the heating system can be accomplished in several ways, depending on the heat demand at any given time by choosing the right plan:

• • central heating
  • domestic hot water priority
  • parallel pumps (CH and DHT)
  • summer mode
  • work without pumps

The controller also has the ability to change and tune operating parameters for more advanced users (which allow setting the work and break times for both feeder and ventilator - useful for getting out the most of your solid fuel and boiler) and the ability to restore to factory settings at any time. Menu interface controls allow changing almost every aspect of the operation of the attached boiler devices (feeder, blower and pumps control).

When the frequently occurring working hours of boiler operation are repeating itself often then the weekly schedule comes in handy to manage heating requirements for each day or the whole week (work schedule of the heating boiler from Monday to Friday and from Saturday to Sunday).

As standard equipment in addition to the driver and the power cord, there are also temperature sensors: central heating sensor, domestic hot water sensor and a feeder temperature sensor. For additional control of the central heating system, you can purchase and connect a room thermostat, mixing valve controller module (ST-431 N) with a weather sensor, internet and GSM module.

The controller has a durable metal OM-01 housing. Operation panel is using buttons to change settings. Multi-language menu supports 8 European languages.
