The PROSAT PLUS 4 automatic burner set is the ideal solution for people who would like to switch to convenient combustion in an automatic way, expanding their Viadrus  cast iron furnace or a steel furnace with a feeder.

The extension set can also be used for steel boilers. In order to check whether the boiler will fit on the base, measure the bottom of the boiler that we want to expand and check that the dimensions of the bottom of the boiler match the dimensions of the base on which the boiler is placed. The dimensions of the base are presented in the technical drawing.

Versions of extension kits

The PROSAT PLUS 4 automatic burner sets can be divided due to:

• number of elements
  - cast iron boilers consist of segments. When determining the number of segments, we take into account all the segments(also the first - on which the door is and the last - with the exhaust output and connections). Depending on the number of parts in our Viadrus cast iron oven, we choose the right extension set.
  
  The number of segments corresponds to the elements in Viadrus boilers, in the case of  boilers and other cast iron furnaces, the number of members may not be adequate. The dimensions of the base should be suggested.
• warming
  - the base of the set can be insulated or not. Warming is to reduce heat losses (heat is not transferred to the boiler room) and the housing in the color of the tank increases the visual value.

Construction of the PROSAT PLUS 4 automatic burner set

PROSAT PLUS 4 consists of several elements that together form a fully automatic eco-coal burning kit

Burner

The set is equipped with a cast iron burner, which thanks to the use of modern technologies during construction is able to burn lower quality fuels and those with higher humidity. The use of cast iron means the strength and durability of the burner itself and thus the entire expansion set.

Feeder

The feeder as a whole consists of a gearmotor, a steel housing on which the fan is mounted and a screw feeding the fuel. The gearmotor is equipped with a safety cotter as standard.At the moment of blocking the screw, through various types of impurities in the fuel, the cotter is broken so that gearmotor does not get damaged. After removing the reason for breaking the cotter and replacing it with the new set with the boiler c.o. it can work further.

Fuel tank

The fuel tank made of steel and powder coated can hold about 180 kg of fuel. The large loading hole allows convenient refueling. The flap can be opened with one hand thanks to one closure placed in the middle.

Base for a cast iron stove

A massive steel base for a cast iron boiler ensures stability of the structure. The base has two holes on opposite sides, which are used to mount the burner together with the feeder. Thanks to this solution, the feeder can be located on the left or right side of the boiler depending on the conditions in the boiler room.

Control of the Viadrus extension kit

We give you the opportunity to purchase a PROSAT PLUS 4 expansion kit without a driver.. However, it should be remembered that the controller is required for the operation of the set and it must be a controller able to handle, inter alia, fuel feeding.

To make sure that the set will work properly, we recommend choosing one of the following drivers:

• TECH ST-37n RS
  The most popular controller for PROSAT PLUS 4 kits, which gives a very large expansion option with new functionalities. Very interesting feature of the ST-37n RS controller is weekly control, thanks to which we can set deviations from the set temperature for particular days of the week at specific times.
  
  Functions realized by the TECH ST-37n RS controller:
  - control of the fan and feeding screw
  - central heating pump control
  -control of the DHW pump
  - possibility of connecting the ST-65 GSM module
  - possibility of connecting the ST-505 Ethernet module
  - possibility of connecting a room regulator with RS or traditional communication
  - possibility of controlling two valves by means of additional ST-61 v4 or ST-431N modules

  - remote operation and setting of boiler controller operation via WWW
  - control and limitation of exhaust gas temperature based on fuzzy logic
  -driver software update via the Internet
  - setting service parameters of the regulator's work and calibration of sensors using a web browser
  - registration of alarms and other events on the memory card
  - recording of boiler operation parameters on the memory card
  - setting the normal (day) and reduced (night) temperature for central heating and hot water in a 24-hour and weekly cycle
