The flat plate collector ES2H/2.65S is designed for horizontal installation with refrigerant flow through a meander-shaped absorber. The solar collector converts solar energy into thermal energy transferred to the refrigerant. The heat can be used for domestic hot water heating or to support another heat source.
The collector frame is made of bent aluminum profile, in silver color, giving the entire frame adequate stiffness. The bottom of the collector has an aluminum sheet, and the top is enclosed with a special high-transmission prismatic solar glass. The glass mounting on the frame minimizes thermal stresses and ensures the collector's tightness.
The absorber is made of aluminum sheet coated with a highly selective ETA PLUS layer. This guarantees a high level of solar radiation absorption, which ensures high efficiency of the solar-to-thermal energy conversion process. The absorber plate is connected to copper tubes in a meander shape using laser welding. The meander shape ensures even heat collection over the entire absorber plate surface. Bottom and side insulation is made of mineral wool with low thermal conductivity.
Specially designed stainless steel mounting kits allow quick and safe installation of collectors on the roof. Choose a kit suitable for your roof slope to ensure strong and secure fastening to the roof structure.
