Dokogen DC GD boilers are wood gasifying boilers, it is the most efficient method, which consists in burning wood gas produced during thermal decomposition of wood with limited access to oxygen. Access to air and the combustion process are regulated by an exhaust fan. This makes it possible to start the boiler quickly and obtain a good quality of combustion from the moment it is started. The flame temperature is 1 000 - 1 250 °C.
Dokogen boilers are characterised by a unique fireplace, lined with ceramic fittings. At the bottom, the furnace has holes for the supply of heated primary air, a gasifying nozzle with holes for the supply of secondary air and a lower chamber with a ceramic spherical space. The rear flue gas duct, on the other hand, has a tubular exchanger.

ATMOS boilers must be connected via LADDOMAT or thermoregulation valve (can be purchased from us in the shop) in order to reach the minimum return water temperature of 65°C. Outgoing water from the boiler must be kept at 80 - 90°C.
Boiler regulation is electromechanical, it is provided by the air control valve controlled by the draught regulator type FR 124, which according to the set output water temperature (80 - 90 °C) automatically opens or closes the air valve. A lot of attention must be paid to the setting of the output regulator, as it protects the boiler against overheating. The boiler is equipped with a control thermostat located on the boiler panel, which controls the exhaust fan according to the set output temperature (80 - 85 °C). The temperature on the control thermostat should be set 5 °C lower than the temperature on the draught regulator type FR 124. Boilers are additionally equipped with a flue gas thermostat, which is used to switch off the exhaust fan after burning fuel.
