The SEMAX BASIC boiler is a wood gasifying boiler, which is an ideal solution dedicated to individuals who value ease of use and low fuel cost. The firewood - logs (branches) should have a maximum moisture content of Wc=15-20%. The operation of the device at the nominal power allows for a more efficient utilization of fuel, and as a result, cleaner emissions into the atmosphere. The SEMAX BASIC boiler is equipped with a thermometer that allows for combustion regulation and the operation of the device, as well as a draught gauge.

ATTENTION! The central heating boiler can only be installed in a heating system together with a buffer tank. The tank is not included in the boiler price.

• Heat exchanger | horizontal convective channels | semi-shelved - An efficient design adapted for quick cleaning of the exchanger from the front. The construction of the boiler heat exchanger ensures high heat uptake from the combustion chamber.
• Chimney outlet at the back of the boiler - The boiler design has been engineered in such a way that the chimney outlets are located at the back. This solution in a central heating boiler allows for direct chimney venting.
• Draught gauge - Depending on the temperature of the medium, it controls the damper regulating the air supply to the boiler combustion chamber.
• Mechanical thermometer - Mechanical bimetallic thermometer equipped with a long measuring probe.
• Secondary and primary air intake - Through six openings, secondary air is drawn in for complete combustion of the fuel. The amount of secondary and primary air can be regulated using slides.
• Smoke exhaust valve - Enables efficient smoke removal from the combustion chamber.
• Swirlers - Mounted in the convective channels, swirlers effectively reduce the exhaust velocity while maintaining high heat uptake by the water jacket.
• Ceramic channel - The use of ceramic plates as a ceramic channel improves the efficiency of the combustion process. Screens raise the temperature in the combustion chamber, prolong the path they have to travel in the boiler, and capture particles floating above the combustion chamber, burning them further. The thermal efficiency of the boiler increases, and the emissions contain minimal amounts of environmentally harmful compounds.
• Buffer tank (Additional equipment) - Provides optimal working conditions for the boiler. The boiler can operate at an optimal power, and excess heat is stored in the buffer. The heating system of the house draws from the buffer as much heat as it currently needs.
