The KVS MORAVIA kitchen model 9170 Oliver is designed for burning solid fuels such as wood and wood briquettes. This model combines the advantages of a fireplace stove and a kitchen stove, as in addition to cooking, baking, and heating, it also allows you to admire the flames through the glazed firebox door.
The design of this model differs from previous products, responding to the expectations of customers who do not have enough space for wider variants. The main difference is that the Oliver kitchen does not have an external enameled coating; instead, the basic frame is covered with baked paint. The frame of the cooking plate has also been combined with the plate itself, forming a single element. Nevertheless, the plate consists of two removable parts, which can be easily taken off for cleaning. These elements are lightweight and small in size, making handling very simple.
The front side is equipped with cast iron doors with wooden handles, which are a new feature and can be held with bare hands without using gloves. The space beneath the kitchen is open, allowing convenient storage of fuel.
The firebox is made of thick fireclay bricks and a solid cast iron grate. These materials have been proven over the years, resistant to high temperatures, durable, maintain their shape, and retain heat for longer. Logs up to 160 mm in diameter and 340 mm in length can be placed in the firebox. The kitchen oven is enameled and contains a metal shelf. A thermometer on the oven door shows the internal temperature. Above the door, there is a lever to regulate the cooking and baking functions.
The cooling panel type 9118 for built-in kitchen furniture cannot be used with this model.
The model 9170 kitchen has obtained a certificate of compliance with the EKODESIGN requirements for local solid fuel heating appliances (2015/1185).
