The KVS MORAVIA 9100-type solid-fuel range cooker with an oven is intended for heating, cooking, baking/roasting, and reheating of meals. The cooker is also available in a version with a heat exchanger (type 9100-V).
A spacious firebox can be easily adjusted for summer or winter operation (removable top grate). One of many advantages is the variability of connections to a chimney.
In its standard version, the cooker has 3 outlets for combustion gases to connect to a chimney from the back, from the side, or from above. (Note: when using a glass-ceramic hob, connection is only possible from the side or back). All these outlets are located next to one another.
The cooker is manufactured in right-hand or left-hand versions, mainly distinguished by the location of chimney outlets (when viewed from the front). Right-hand version – all 3 smoke outlets are in the right corner, and the oven is on the right side of the cooker. Left-hand version – all 3 smoke outlets are in the left corner, and the oven is on the left side of the cooker.
The KVS MORAVIA 9100-type cooker is designed to be used mainly with recommended fuels such as wood, and it is also possible to use wood briquettes and lignite briquettes.
The oven of this cooker is larger in size and includes a grid and a baking tray. It has excellent baking capabilities, which is due to the construction of the cooker – flames circulate around the entire perimeter of the oven. From this perspective, this model is more suitable for those who prefer baking and cooking rather than just heating.
The cooker's firebox is one of the largest in this category of appliances and, as usual, is made of fire bricks and is divided into two parts by cast-iron grates. This design offers two operating modes:
Cooling panels can be used to build the cooker into a fitted kitchen. If upper cabinets are located above the cooker as part of the fitted kitchen, it is necessary to insulate them from heat and steam, for example, with an extractor hood or another method. Otherwise, the kitchen furniture may be damaged.
