Benefits of the Galvanic Conditioner

The Energy Water product eliminates limescale, thereby extending the lifespan of the installation and connected devices. It also cleans pipes from existing deposits and prevents new scale build-up and corrosion. This leads to reduced electricity and gas consumption in water heaters. The conditioner creates a hygienic protective layer on the pipe walls, preventing bacteria from entering the system. It reduces the accumulation of iron and manganese, protecting heat exchangers.

It does not require external power, maintenance, or specialized installation.

Operating Principle

When water flows through the MWD galvanic water conditioner, a potential difference of 0.7 – 1 Volt is generated. The titanium-zinc anode releases zinc ions into the water.

Under the influence of hydrodynamics and temperature changes, calcium bicarbonate – the main cause of pipeline contamination – decomposes into carbon dioxide and poorly soluble calcium carbonate (calcite). Carbon dioxide binds with zinc cations to form zinc carbonate, while the crystallized calcite transforms into aragonite, which is flushed out of the water system.

Free zinc anions bond with calcium already deposited in the installation, flushing it out of the system. After the scale is removed, a protective anti-corrosion magnetite layer forms on the pipe surface.
