Benefits of the Galvanic Conditioner

The Energy Water product eliminates scale, thereby extending the lifespan of the installation and the devices connected to it. Additionally, it cleans pipes from existing deposits and prevents the reaccumulation of scale and corrosion. This leads to reduced electricity and gas consumption in water heaters. The conditioner forms a hygienic barrier on the inner pipe walls, preventing the intrusion of bacteria. It limits the deposition of iron and manganese in the system and protects heat exchangers.

It does not require external power, service, or specialized installation.

How It Works

As water flows through the MWD galvanic water conditioner, a potential difference of 0.7 to 1 Volt is generated. The titanium-zinc anode releases zinc ions into the water.

Under the influence of hydrodynamics and temperature changes, calcium bicarbonate – the main cause of pipeline contamination – breaks down into carbon dioxide and poorly soluble calcium carbonate (calcite). The carbon dioxide bonds with zinc cations to form zinc carbonate, while crystallizing calcite transforms into aragonite, which is flushed out of the water system.

Free zinc anions bind with calcium already deposited in the installation, leading to its removal from the water system. After removing the scale deposits, a corrosion-resistant protective magnetite layer forms on the pipe surface.
