GRAND PELLLET is adapted for efficient burning of various biomass qualities, with a self-cleaning burner along with an automatic self-cleaning boiler exchanger system, significantly reducing the boiler cleaning frequency.

Fuel: Pellet

Pellet is an ecological fuel produced by compressing wood waste such as sawdust or shavings. It is entirely natural, therefore, when burned, it does not emit harmful compounds into the atmosphere.

ecoNET Internet Module

A communication module that works with the PLATINUM controller, enabling servicing, operation, and management of the boiler via a computer, tablet, or cell phone through the intuitive website www.econet24.com. Thanks to the built-in WWW server in the ecoNET module, it is possible to remotely manage the boiler's operation on a local network without internet access.

Automatic Ash Removal System (Optional Equipment)

The automatic ash removal process involves pushing ash outside the boiler into specially designed dual containers. Both ash collection containers have wheels and handles, making it easy to pull or lift them.

Standard Exhaust Fan

This solution provides greater configuration possibilities, aiding in its optimization and effectively supporting natural exhaust gas flow in the boiler.

Automatic Feeder

The PLATINUM PELLET controller determines the fuel demand and doses the appropriate amount based on sensor information. This makes the fuel burning process very efficient, ecological, and does not require additional user intervention.

Vertical Convection Tube Channels

An efficient design adapted for automatic exchanger cleaning. The boiler exchanger's construction ensures high heat absorption from the combustion chamber.

Limit Switch

In concern for your safety, the boiler is equipped with a limit switch. The limit switch safety system is located in the boiler door. Each opening of the door automatically suspends the burner and other boiler components until they are closed again.

Vortex Generators

Mounted in the convection channels, vortex generators connected with an automatic cleaning system effectively reduce the speed of flue gas outlet. Thanks to systematic cleaning, the boiler maintains a constant high heat absorption through the water jacket. The use of automatic cleaning of convection channels contributes to reducing fuel consumption.
