The product has an EcoDesign Certificate and Boiler Class 5, confirming its compliance with current EU environmental standards.

Automatic Feeder

The automatic pellet feeder significantly increases user comfort. Its key features include:

• Maintenance-free fuel delivery – pellets are automatically transported from the hopper to the burner, eliminating manual loading.
• Quiet and smooth operation – durable construction and high-quality mechanisms ensure reliability and noise reduction.
• Time saving – the large hopper capacity allows long boiler operation without frequent refueling.

Limit Switch

The boiler is equipped with a limit switch placed in the door. Opening the door automatically stops the burner and other components until the door is closed again, ensuring safety.

Turbulators

Turbulators are a feature that:

• Enhance heat exchange efficiency – they create flue gas turbulence, improving heat transfer to the water jacket.
• Reduce fuel consumption – better heat transfer means less energy loss and more economical boiler operation.

Horizontal and Vertical | Shelf-Type Convection Channels

Efficient design allows quick cleaning of the heat exchanger from the front and top. The heat exchanger construction ensures high heat absorption from the combustion chamber.

Flue Outlet at the Rear

The boiler design places the flue outlet at the rear, allowing direct connection to the chimney.

Pellet Burner

The SEG PELLET 60kW boiler is equipped with a modern PPW pellet burner designed for maximum combustion efficiency and minimal emissions. The burner is suitable for burning wood pellets in compliance with 303-5:2021-09.

The PPW burner features an automatic ceramic igniter, which provides:

PLATINUM PELLET Controller

The PLATINUM PELLET controller is the heart of the boiler’s management system. Equipped with an intuitive color touchscreen interface, it allows easy and precise configuration of operating parameters. It supports:

• One mixing heating circuit (H.C.1) with room thermostat – precise temperature control for heating water and rooms.
• Pumps (DHW, heating, auxiliary) – controls heating zones including underfloor heating and domestic hot water.
• RTC clock – enables weekly boiler operation programming.
• Weather-based control – programs boiler modes based on outdoor temperature and time of day.
• FuzzyLogic & PID – monitors boiler performance, displays live data, and diagnoses issues.

The controller is compatible with the ecoNET300 internet module for remote boiler control via smartphone or computer from anywhere.
